The images in Emportant News were all taken by legendary skater and prolific artist Mark Gonzales on a Side Kick phone and then sent via email over the course of one year, some accompanied by a phrase. The first in a series of ten publications on newsprint by the Brooklyn-based Decathlon Books. Bizarre, humorous and unapologetically lo-fi.
